Daughter. Sister. Friend. Wife. Puppy Mama.

And only in the that order because that’s the order it happened. But it’s interesting seeing it in writing, because I’m so much more that one or the other. In many cases, I’m a combination.

I’m a daughter who grew up to have her mom become a best friend and a dad who I honestly couldn’t look up to more. Growing up with my brother left me with indescribable memories, probably WE don’t even fully remember, but can never truly forget the feeling.

My extended family is a wonderful, ever-growing bunch comprised of truly good people I’d choose to be my friends.

I’m a friend, whose “bestie” is really a sister-in-spirit.

I’m a girl who fought hard for butterflies, and never settled for anything less than a fairytale of a love story. And even though he drives me crazy some days, I’m a wife to a man who was never anything less than a friend, and now so much more.

I’m doing everything in my power to add Mama to this list of titles, but for now, being Puppy Mama to my bestest bud, Reagan, fills my heart.
